How to install your signature
Gmail
- Click Copy Visual Signature.
- In Gmail open Settings, then See all settings.
- Scroll to Signature and click Create new.
- Paste with Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on Mac).
- Click Save Changes at the bottom.
Outlook
- Click Copy Visual Signature.
- Open Settings, Accounts, Signatures (desktop: File, Options, Mail, Signatures).
- Create a new signature.
- Paste it into the editor.
- Set it as default for new messages and replies, then save.

How to install an HTML email signature in Gmail?

How to add an email signature in Outlook?
Copy the visual signature, open Outlook's Signatures settings, create a new signature, paste it in, save, and pick it as the default for new messages and replies.
Why are HTML email signatures built with tables?
Outlook and some other clients use limited rendering engines that ignore flexbox, grid and most external CSS. Nested tables with inline styles are the most dependable way to keep layouts identical across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and Yahoo.
Is EZEmailSignature really free and private?
Yes. It is free with no sign-up, and everything runs in your browser. Autosave uses only your own browser's local storage.
Why does my logo or photo not show in the signature?
Email clients need images on a public https URL. Host your image online and paste its direct link. Local files and private links will not display for recipients.
